Saturday, 2nd of May – Arrival & Welcome
Airport transfers included. Check in to the Rendezvous Heritage Hotel in Queenstown and enjoy a relaxed afternoon to settle in.Movement:
Gentle stretch and mobility session in the late afternoon to unwind from travel.At 5pm we’ll gather for the welcome briefing, followed by a group dinner together. The rest of the evening is yours to explore or rest.

Wear comfortable shoes for walking around the hotel and nearby areas
Dress for a mix of travel and light activity

Sunday, 3rd of May – Milford Sound Cruise & Te Anau
Depart early by coach to Milford Sound for a full-day cruise. Take in fiord landscapes, waterfalls, and wildlife. After the cruise, continue on to Te Anau for the night.Movement:
No structured session today — the focus is on travel and sightseeing.Additional Notes:
Bring warm layers for the cruise as it can be chilly on the water
A small daypack for water, snacks, and essentials is recommended
Cameras or phones with waterproof cases are handy for capturing scenery

Monday, 4th of May – Jet Boat & Return to Queenstown
Morning jet boat ride on the Te Anau waters, fast, scenic, and fun. Then return to Queenstown and check in to the hotel for the remainder of the trip.Movement:
30‑minute conditioning workout in the afternoon near the hotel — bodyweight strength and mobility.Additional Notes:
Bring swimwear if you want photos from the jet boat
Pack a change of clothes for the workout
Comfortable shoes for walking in town

Tuesday, 5th of May – Tiki Trail Hike, Zipline & Rock Climbing
Morning: Hike up the Tiki Trail to Bob’s Peak for stunning forest views, then enjoy a Ziptrek zipline tour at the Treehouse.Movement – Tiki Trail Hike:
Distance: 2.1 km (1.3 mi)
Elevation gain: 450 m (1,476 ft)
Approximate time: ~1 hour
Afternoon: Descend via the Skyline Gondola, then enjoy a group lunch in town (self-pay). Afterwards, take on an indoor rock climbing session, challenging your strength, balance, and having fun in a safe environment.
Evening: Free time to explore Queenstown, relax, or grab a coffee.
