Adelaide → Melrose
Morning:Meet at O’Connell Bakery, North Adelaide by 5:15am; pack luggage into support vehicle.
Depart Adelaide at 5:30am, heading north to Melrose.
Check in to accommodation in Melrose.
Guided hike through scenic trails in the Southern Flinders Ranges.
Stretch and recovery session post hike.
Local pub for lunch (own cost)
Free time to relax, explore Melrose, or enjoy the surroundings.
Evening:
Dinner at Jacka Brothers Brewery (meals included, drinks at own cost).
Social time and bonfire experience with the group.

Melrose → Adelaide
Morning:
Group workout session to start the day.
Breakfast cooked by Rita.
Free time for showering, packing, and last minute exploration.
Depart Melrose, returning to Adelaide with a quick stop for coffee and a short walk.
Arrive back in Adelaide around 12–12:30pm
